RETURNS
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges (sanitary purposes), store credits, or refunds are not accepted. Before checking out please make sure the correct discount code and ship to address are provided. Please note, we do not refund money under any circumstances.

ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been submitted to us, it can no longer be edited or canceled. If the order must be altered at this point, please contact us as soon as possible at ciaralashes12@gmail.com.
While we are not mandated to make any changes to the order after its submission, we will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to individual review.
SHIPPING
Shipping is through UPS. We ship every MONDAY. Any order placed after 5PM PST on a Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Once order is shipped give 24-48 hours for an email with your tracking number. UPS Customer Service number is 1 (800) 742-5877
DELIVERY
Once item has shipped, the package is out of our direct control. This means the delivery date is an estimation- and while it is often much faster, the time to complete an order is subject to change. In the case of a significant delay, we will do our best to contact the User with all the details necessary.
Shipping prices are in addition to the price displayed and may vary based on municipality, location, or shipping constraints.
Flat rate charges are shown on our checkout page, however we reserve the right to add any additional costs that may be incurred for some delivery addresses.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
We are not responsible for damaged products as a result of USPS/UPS/FEDEX mishandling. unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim. We are not responsible for stolen or lost products. Once package is in the care of the shipping company, you will have to take all concerns or question to them directly.

PRE-ORDERS
Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order" that it mean the item(s) is not yet in-stock, also means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse or on the release date. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed
